What is periodontal disease?
Periodontal disease is a more advanced form of gum disease. Bacteria left in the mouth can form pockets of infection between the tooth roots and gums. Left untreated, it can cause gums to bleed, swell, and be painful. We offer noninvasive treatment for early gum disease, as well as comfortable laser treatment for periodontitis, to repair the gums and restore them to health.
What is OralDNA?
OralDNA is the advanced diagnostic system we use to test a saliva sample from your mouth. It is helpful in determining whether you are at risk for not only oral problems such as gum disease, but other health concerns affecting the rest of your body as well.
As part of your wellness exam and teeth cleaning, we will use OralDNA to check for gum disease and identify the types of bacteria causing it. With this information, we can tailor a treatment plan specifically for your situation.
What is complete health dentistry?
Complete health dentistry is our approach to dental care, as it recognizes the crucial link between the health of your mouth and the health of your body as a whole. By taking preventive measures to maintain good oral health, we can help our patients enjoy better overall health and vitality.
What are your payment and insurance options?
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and major credit cards. We also work with most major dental insurance companies, as well as CareCredit, a health care financing company. You can take advantage of a 5 percent discount for upfront payment.
