When you walk into a dentist office, you should feel welcome. You should feel like people care about you as a person, and because of that care, they want to help you have the healthiest mouth that you can have.
Your oral health affects your overall health. That serves as the foundation for how we approach what we do at the office of Brian Davey, DDS. It’s why we call what we do complete health dentistry. It’s why our motto is, “Healthy gums, healthy heart, healthy arteries, healthy brain!”
We believe this approach is why we have been named as a 2019 Top 10 General Dentist in the San Diego’s Best Union-Tribune Readers Poll.

Commitment To Health
Dr. Davey started his practice with a desire to help people through health, wellness, and fun. That’s also why he founded the San Diego Academy of Systemic Health (SDASH). In 2018, he won an award as a leader of complete health for creating SDASH and for working to make San Diego America’s healthiest city. To that end, he wants to improve our community by getting 20,000 people healthier before 2020.
That vision is something the rest of our team shares as well. By creating smiles that look great, feel good, and can last a lifetime, we are enhancing our patients’ lives. We strive to make our patients feel like they are part of our family.
Through comfort items, a tranquil office setting, and cutting-edge technology, we work hard to make your dental appointments comfortable and relaxing. We see ourselves as patient advocates, and we have a passion for promoting our approach to patient care.
Always Working To Improve
Modern dentistry is always changing, and our dental professionals are always looking for ways to improve the care we provide to you.
That drive is what spurred Dr. Davey to become a Fellow with the Academy of Oral Systemic Health. The achieve this rank, he had to complete a minimum of 70 hours of AAOSH-approved credit hours. Of that credits, 35 hours had to come from AAOSH Annual Scientific Sessions.
The AAOSH was created to provide public and professional awareness of oral-systemic health. The fellowship program is a way to recognize dentists who are “constantly engaged in continuing their oral-systemic education.”
By working toward becoming an AAOSH Fellow, Dr. Davey is showing that he remains committed to a better understanding of how oral health and overall health affect one another.
